Join our Team – Fulfillment Officer

We are actively looking to expand our amazing team, and are currently looking for a self-motivated individual to join our office as a Fulfillment Officer. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role and is looking to help assist us in making the mortgage process as smooth and stress-free for our clients as possible.

Experience in finance or mortgages is considered an asset, but not mandatory. What’s important is that you’re a team player, and have a desire to learn, grow, and evolve with our team.

Here’s a preview of what this role will entail:

  • Mortgage document package preparation with delivery to the clients
  • Fulfillment of lender conditions, which includes document collection from clients
  • Communication with the lawyer’s office for a smooth transaction on closing day, to build and maintain a strong reliable working relationship
  • Ensure clients’ property taxes are set up with the Municipalities
  • Prepare and submit completed files to our compliance department
  • Contact client post-funding for follow up to ensure payment dates were set up as discussed

This is an in-office part-time position, with the potential to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate. This position will pay based on experience, plus bonuses.
